UPDATE
As per https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/cuda-compatibility/index.html#binary-compatibility__table-toolkit-driver我发现我的 nvidia 驱动程序和 cudatoolkit 版本不同步（390.46 与 9.0）。
我现在已将 NVIDIA 驱动程序更新至 v418，并且能够将 conda 版本更新至 4.16.14。我将上面显示的environment.yml更新为cudatoolkit==10.1，但我似乎不知道如何实际安装它。
