当前 neo4j-server.properties 为空。我没有尝试过很多不同的配置，但这样做似乎不是问题。

这是我们停止嵌入式数据库和 jetty 服务器的方法：

结果就是我们的webapp只能通过彻底杀掉Tomcat进程（kill -9）才能重新部署，这是非常不可取的。

我们尝试了很多事情：

  • 不关闭嵌入式 grapbDb。没有效果。
  • 没有明确关闭引导程序。没有效果。 （引导程序有自己的关闭钩子）
  • 首先关闭引导程序，然后关闭嵌入式数据库。
  • 线程焚烧器：https://github.com/Neo4j/Neo4j/issues/1070。该代码运行并牺牲了 59 个线程本地值，但没有明显效果。有趣的是，当我在关闭期间循环运行此命令一分钟时，它一直说它牺牲了 6 个值。对我来说，这表明这个过程根本不起作用，因为 Neo4j 在关闭时需要一些时间。
  • 关闭后延迟。我们尝试这样做的原因是，在 tomcat 收到关闭信号后，我们需要等待几秒钟，然后才能真正终止该进程，否则我们在下次启动时会收到错误，表明我们的图形数据已损坏（带有一条消息，该消息尚未损坏）已正确关闭）。延迟 5 秒以上似乎也有效果，因为之后我们只得到 6 个严重错误，而不是 16 个。这也是我认为牺牲过程根本不起作用的原因。
  • 作为替代方案，我们尝试将嵌入式 Neo4j 添加到集群中，从而能够使用 REST api 以及嵌入式 Neo4j。然而，在尝试让它发挥作用大约四个小时后，我们放弃了。在嵌入式 Neo4j 数据库启动期间，我们的 Web 应用程序冻结了。经过一番调试后，Neo4j 代码中似乎出现了死锁。我们尝试将所有 HA 超时配置设置为一些较小的值，但没有效果。

该问题是由 Neo4j jetty 服务器引起的。没有它就不会出现这个问题。不过我们需要 REST API。你知道我们该如何解决这个问题吗？或者您是否有其他方法可以在 Tomcat 环境中使用嵌入式数据库和 REST API？

  • 爪哇：1.7.0_60
  • 雄猫7.0.54
  • Neo4j：2.0.3（我们尝试过2.1.1但得到了完全相同的结果）
  • 在 Windows 7 和 Linux Redhat 上也观察到了相同的行为
