Docker 将为每个运行一个新的容器instruction except FROM in Dockerfile, so

三个命令将分三步执行standalone容器，所以cd cosign-master命令不能改变PWD下一个容器的环境。 您可以使用absolute path或者在 ONE 容器中执行相关命令，这意味着在 ONE 中instruction.
