我也遇到了这个问题，并注意到在一个新的 Angular 8 项目中，所有tsconfig.*.json文件都在根目录下，而且只有roottslint.json file.

这就是我所做的：

• Copied tslint.json, tsconfig.app.json, and tsconfig.spec.json从新生成的 CLI 8 项目到我的项目根目录。
• Deleted tslint.json, tsconfig.app.json, and tsconfig.spec.json来自src目录。
• Edited tsConfig值在angular.json在项目根目录中查找 tsconfig 文件，而不是在src目录。

如果您对 CLI 生成的 tsconfig 文件进行了任何修改，则将它们从src到根目录，然后编辑其中的路径。我没有更改生成的文件，所以我只是从新项目复制。

我不知道生成 Web Worker 以及添加tsconfig.worker.json这给升级后的 Angular 项目带来了麻烦。从 7 升级一直运行良好，直到我添加了一个工作人员。
