Edit:

For fedora用户：（我的是Fedora 32）

sudo dnf install libcurl libcurl-devel

如果 libcurl 已经存在，只需：

sudo dnf install libcurl-devel

可以通过以下方式检查安装：

dnf list installed libcurl and dnf list installed libcurl-devel
