VS 2013 多设备混合应用程序无法部署到设备，未找到设备

我使用新的 VS 2013 Phonegap/cordova 模板来创建混合应用程序。

It all works fine using emulators and the ripple media emulators but when i connect my phone to it . I get a error saying that (See screenshot)

错误：无法在设备上启动应用程序：错误：无法启动 将 apk 安装到设备：错误：无法部署到设备，没有设备 成立。空白CordovaApp1
