在安装完毕Ubuntu系统后，我们执行命令sudo rosdep init时往往会遇到如下报错：
$ sudo rosdep init
ERROR: cannot download default sources list from:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list
Website may be down.
这是因为raw.githubusercontent.com被墙，程序无法下载相应的文件导致的。
完美解决方法如下：
1. 打开文件/etc/hosts：
$ sudo vim /etc/hosts
2. 在文件末尾添加一行如下内容：
151.101.84.133 raw.githubusercontent.com
3. 保存退出，重新运行命令
$ sudo rosdep init
4. 最后运行命令
$ rosdep update
reading in sources list data from /etc/ros/rosdep/sources.list.d
Hit https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/osx-homebrew.yaml
