Heroku 构建的输出显示您有一个Pipfile and Pipfile.lock除了你的requirements.txt.

您需要选择使用pip (using requirements.txt）或 Pipenv （使用Pipfile and Pipfile.lock）。如果所有三个文件都存在，Heroku 将使用 Pipenv 进行安装，忽略您的requirements.txt file.
