Android：Listview的弹跳到scrollview

有什么方法可以将ListView的弹跳效果添加到常规滚动视图中吗？ 我所说的弹跳是指当您到达列表底部时类似橡皮筋的效果。

Step 1: 在com.base.view包中创建新文件BounceListView
