看到这一行：

scheduler.add_job(inserttodaysdata(), 'interval', hours=1)

应该是

scheduler.add_job(inserttodaysdata, 'interval', hours=1)

你正在呼唤inserttodaysdata()并通过其返回值 to add_job()。不要那样做。传递函数本身，而不是其调用结果。
